8 days away, sequester looms

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Next week, massive across-the-board cuts in federal spending are scheduled to kick in.

Unless the President and Congress reach a deal, almost every government agency could face cutbacks.

Many federal workers could also lose their jobs.
