Queen Elizabeth in hospital

LONDON (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Queen Elizabeth is in a London hospital Monday morning.

Doctors say she's suffering from an apparent stomach infection.

They say she was showing symptoms over the weekend before being hospitalized.

The queen's schedule has been canceled for the rest of the week, including a planned trip to Rome.

She's expected to spend a couple days in the hospital and then head back home.
