Parents in northern Michigan say babysitter slammed child into wall
GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – Parents of a northern Michigan 4-year-old say their babysitter slammed their son into a wall.
The Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office says 21-year-old Jessica Robertson was caring for several kids at the time.
While driving with them back to her home, deputies say one of the kids threw Robertson's purse out of the car.
When they got home, Robertson allegedly grabbed a 4-year-old boy and threw him into a wall.
The boy's parents noticed his bruises and called police.
Robertson is now charged with third degree child abuse.
