Lt. Neville: 'I’m ready to get back to work'

FLINT, Mich. -Lieutenant Jeff Neville says that he is ready to go back to work at Flint Bishop International Airport.

His announcement came during a press conference held at Hurley Hospital Friday morning.

Neville says that he is also taking his recovery process one step at a time.

Neville will be the ambassador and guest of honor for Hurley Hospital’s annual golf outing, which benefits the hospital’s trauma center and burn unit.

The golf outing will take place on September 11.

Hurley Hospital's golf outing fundraiser for the trauma center and burn unit raised over $189,000 in 2016.

Organizers are hoping to raise over $200,000 this year.
