Women run over by train on bridge in Indiana

INDIANA (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A heart-stopping video an Indiana railroad released shows the danger of trespassing on railroad tracks.

Railroad officials say two women had hiked up onto an 80-foot bridge near Bloomington, Indiana with no walkways or escape routes when a 100-car coal train came barreling through.

One of the women nearly fell off the bridge running for her life before both managed to lie flat enough for the train to pass over the top of them.

Once the train was able to stop the women crawled out from underneath and ran off.

They've since been identified and will be prosecuted for criminal trespassing.
