HOUSTON, Texas (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - In Texas, the teenage survivor of a shooting that killed her parents and four siblings is thanking her community for their support.
15-year-old Cassidy Stay joined friends and neighbors at a memorial in Spring, Texas on Saturday morning.
Balloons were released for the six victims of Wednesday's shooting.

"I know that my mom, dad, Bryan, Emily, Becca, and Zach are in a much better place and that I'll be able to see them again one day. Thank you all for coming and showing your support for me and my family. Stay strong."
