Teen charged with shooting at National Guard armory
TENNESSEE (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - We now know a 15-year-old boy has been charged with shooting a longtime member of the National Guard at a Tennessee armory.
Investigators say several weapons were uncovered at the boy's home Thursday.
Analyses of those weapons suggest the suspect did not use a gun seized at the armory.
The suspect gained access to the building and fired several shots Wednesday.
One struck 45-year-old Sergeant First Class Michael Braden.
He later died at a hospital.
A motive is not known at this time.
