Sgt. Bergdahl to be formally questioned by Army investigators
TEXAS (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Army investigators are expected to formally question Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl about his capture Wednesday.
Bergdahl disappeared in 2009 from an Afghanistan base and was captured by the Taliban.
He was freed in may during an exchange for five Taliban prisoners.
So far the investigation into his disappearance shows he left the outpost on his own free will.
Bergdahl is now back on regular duty at the headquarters of U.S. Army North in Texas.
He is working with a unit responsible for homeland defense, civil support operations and security cooperation programs.
