Man accused in Texas family's deaths collapses in court
HOUSTON, Texas (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A man accused of murdering a Texas family collapsed in court Friday.
Police say Wednesday, Ronald Haskell tied up and shot six members of his ex-wife's family to death, including four children, in their suburban Houston home.
Friday, while a prosecutor recited the charges against him, Haskell collapsed twice.
He was eventually lifted into a chair and wheeled out of the courtroom.
The defense says it will focus on Haskell's mental health as the case progresses.
