Just six arrests overnight in Ferguson

FERGUSON, Missouri (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Overnight, Captain Ron Johnson said it was a good night in Ferguson with just six arrests.

"There were no Molotov cocktails tonight no fires no shooting. No handguns confiscated. No confrontations," said Capt. Johnson.

A grand jury is now investigating whether the officer who shot and killed 18-year old Michael Brown should face criminal charges.

It could be at least two months before they reach a decision.

Meantime, Attorney General Eric Holder has been meeting with Brown's parents and community leaders.

He says the Justice Department is conducting its own federal civil rights inquiry.
