Gunmen attack airport in Afghan capital

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) - Afghan officials say four militants were killed today when they launched an attack on Kabul International Airport.

Officials say the militants occupied two buildings north of the facility, and used them as a base to direct rockets and gunfire toward the airport and international jet fighters flying over Kabul.

Officials say the four militants were killed during a gunbattle with security forces. There were no other casualties.
