GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - At least 13 women will share a settlement awarded in a federal lawsuit against a Grand Rapids apartment manager they say sexually harassed them.
Federal prosecutors say Dale Vander Vennen of Alger Meadows Apartments made sexual advances to female tenants and sexually touched himself in front of them.
The settlements prevents him from operating or managing residential rental properties.
