BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The man accused of killing a Battle Creek-area business owner could be in court on Monday.
Brian Zanetti, 47, is expected in a Calhoun County courtroom for his preliminary hearing where a judge will decide if there is enough evidence to send the case to trial.
Zanetti is accused of killing Frank Zanetti, his cousin, in early May.
