Man shot in the face overnight in Kalamazoo
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - One man was injured in a shooting in Kalamazoo early Tuesday morning.
Kalamazoo Public Safety said they were called to Bridge Street and Dwight Avenue in the Eastside neighborhood at 1 a.m. for a report of a shooting.
When officers first got to the scene, they said they were unable to find the victim. A short time later, though, police said they found a 32-year-old man suffering from a graze wound to the face a few blocks away.
Officers said the victim refused medical treatment and is expected to be okay.
It's unclear what sparked the shooting.
