KSCO says avoid forwarding, delete viral child pornography video
KENT COUNTY, Mich. —
The Kent County Sheriff's is making the public aware of a circulating child pornography-related Facebook video after receiving several calls, according to a press release.
The video is accompanied by a message that asks people to spread the video in hopes of identifying the underage girl, which would then in turn allow for identification of the perpetrator.
KSCO is investigating the video and its circulation, but encourages anyone who comes into contact with the video, under any circumstance, to delete the video without further forwarding, sharing or showing the video to anyone. Sharing the video could be punishable by law due to the contents being related to child pornography.
