Kalamazoo County police agencies respond to NTSB report
KALAMAZOO COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – Police agencies in Kalamazoo County are responding to a report from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) which was recently released.
That report says that better communications between agencies that responded to 911 calls before the Kalamazoo biking tragedy could have prevented it.
