Investigation into head on transit bus crash in hands of prosecutors
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The investigation into a head-on crash involving a Transit bus in Kalamazoo is now in the hands of prosecutors.
Police say in May, a car ran a red light at the intersection of Oakland Drive and South Street and slammed into the bus.
Six people were injured including the drivers of both vehicles.
Police say the driver of the car was traveling at 108 miles per hour just five seconds before impact.
