Enbridge: Dredging on Morrow Lake delta to be done by mid-late summer

WEST MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Enbridge is about to hit another milestone in its cleanup, nearly 4 years after hundreds of thousands of gallons of crude oil spilled into the Kalamazoo River.

A company spokesperson says dredging in the Morrow Lake delta is on schedule to be complete by mid to late summer.

The EPA ordered the dredging last year.

Enbridge crews will continue restoring river banks this fall.
