Better Business Bureau issues warning for those thinking about camping trip
(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - We have an important consumer alert tonight for anyone thinking about booking a camping trip.
The West Michigan Better Business Bureau is warning consumers about a non-existent campground billing itself as a high-end resort.
Bella Solviva--a "glamping" concept located between Traverse City and Petoskey--has been taking reservations and money from people since 2015.
But according to the BBB, they haven't even started building the campgrounds.
The BBB says Bella Solviva is also no longer answering complaints and isn't refunding anyone's money.
