Albion man may be seeking plea deal in murder case
CALHOUN COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - An Albion man charged with murdering his girlfriend may be looking for a plea deal.
A settlement conference is on the agenda Friday for Jackie McConnell.
The 47-year-old is charged with second degree murder in the death of 42-year-old Donna Frost.
Frost disappeared on January 14th. Police tracked down McConnell in North Carolina two weeks later.
They say when they found him, he confessed to murdering Frost.
Police are still waiting on autopsy results for official cause of death.
