I-Team: Dashcam video reveals multiple arrests of Christopher Lockhart

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Newschannel 3 I-team has obtained multiple arrest videos of Christopher Lockhart. The Portage man is the main person of interest in the disappearance of his wife, Theresa Lockhart. The Schoolcraft teacher was last seen on May 18th.

The video reviewed by the I-Team is is from July 17th around 10 pm.

An officer with Portage Public Safety spots Lockhart going 10 miles per hour under the speed limit. Lockhart then pulls into a McDonalds's before the officer catches up with him. Once pulled over, Lockhart tells the officer he's coming home from work. The officer then questions why Lockhart is not in his work clothes and why he's driving so slow.

During this time, Lockhart was on a conditional license which only allows him to drive back and forth from work and medical appointments.

The I-team has since learned that Lockhart is on leave from Pfizer and may not be returning to work. Lockhart was also ordered to not have any alcohol in his system after being arrested for allegedly cutting his neighbors wires.

In the police video, Lockhart starts to perform a field sobriety test but then argues with the officer.

A chemical test was performed on Lockhart on the same night of the video. That test came back with a blood alcohol content level of .043. While that is within the legal limit, Lockhart was ordered to not have any alcohol.

Lockhart's next court date is September 19th for the charge of refusing a breathalyzer test.
