The website, WalletHub, compared stress levels across the country based on factors like hours worked, job security, and adequate sleep.
It found that the most stressful states are Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.
The calmest places are Iowa, North Dakota, and Minnesota.
Michigan came in at 22 for most stressed states--roughly right in the middle.
