Two hospitalized after domestic situation in Kentwood Updated: Saturday, August 2, 2014 KENTWOOD, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – Deputies are on scene of a domestic situation, developing near Kentwood. A Kent County sheriff's deputy tells Newschannel 3 a man and a women got into an argument near the Reformed Church in America building on 60th Street. Both were shot. Police say there with were two scenes: one in the front and one in back of the church. They say one person suffered life-threatening injuries. Deputies say they received a call from the woman around 3:30 p.m. Saturday. They traced her cell phone to the area and shut the road down, between Patterson Ave. and East Paris Ave. between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. An Aeromed helicopter was called to the scene. Police say the scene is contained and they are still investigating.
