UKRAINE (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Ukraine is accusing pro-Russia separatists of killing dozens of civilians in an attack on a convoy fleeing the besieged rebel-held city Luhansk Tuesday.

Ukraine's national security council says it's unable to provide exact figures but says children were among the victims.

The United States is condemning the attack.

The rebels are denying any attack took place.
