FRANKLINTON, Ohio (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - An Ohio man is cashing in on the high crime rate in his area, by opening up a shop catering to prostitutes in his shed.

Police say they noticed the neighbors in Franklinton leaving Martin Chubb's shed with grocery bags.

After raiding the shed, they found lingerie, liquor, and crack stems, as well as ledgers of inventory and counterfeit cash.

Chubb has been charged with two misdemeanors.
