(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - We're learning that Isis offered a prisoner swap for American reporter James Foley along with a laundry list of other demands.

The terror group apparently offered to trade Foley for the terrorist dubbed Lady al-Qaeda.

Aafia was convicted in 2010 and is currently serving 86 years in a Texas jail after being arrested with plans for a "mass casualty attack" in the U.S., including infecting people with Ebola and a dirty bomb.

Isis also asked the U.S. government for $132 million ransom.
