Iselle downgraded to tropical storm

HAWAII (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Iselle has been downgraded from a hurricane to a tropical storm as it spins off the coast of Hawaii with winds at 70 miles an hour.

The storm has already has knocked out power on parts of Hawaii's Big Island, one of the state's least populated islands.

And Hurricane Julio, so far a stronger storm, is following right behind.

Forecasters expect Julio to pass just north of the islands sometime Sunday morning
