WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The No-Fly List in the U.S. will be getting a look-over.

The Obama administration is promising to change the way travelers can ask to be removed from it.

The move comes after a Portland fudge found it unconstitutional because there is no meaningful way to challenge the air travel ban.

Without offering details, the Justice Department says it will make changes during the next six months.

As of late last summer there were about 48,000 people on the list.
