COLORADO (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A new study claims the secret to trimming your waistline may not just be on the treadmill, but also by getting more sleep.
Researchers at the University of Colorado found people who are sleep deprived have less self-control regarding food, often overeating carbs and fats late at night.
So maybe catching some Z's should be part of your new workout plan, although getting too much sleep won't allow you to burn as many calories, so keep that in mind as well.
