Study: Exercise can benefit osteo-arthritis sufferers

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - There's good news for the millions of people who suffer from osteo-arthritis.
It causes severe pain for about 27 million Americans, mostly in their knees, but now a new study says certain kinds of exercise can have big benefits.
