DENSE FOG ADVISORY

Until 11 AM

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY until 11 AM for nearly every county in West Michigan save for our Indiana bordering counties of Berrien, Cass, St. Joe, and Branch.  It doesn't mean it won't be foggy there!  The combination of yesterday evening's rainfall, light winds while you were sleeping, and our unusually cool airmass is a near perfect recipe for visibilities under a mile and perhaps as low as 1/4 mile.  This is enough to change how you drive.  Please keep it safe this morning, and slow it down if you can.  Stay with wwmt.com for your weather!

Researchers: Living near foreclosures can take health toll story image
(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Foreclosures in your neighborhood could drag down your home's value, but now it appears that it may also take a toll on your health.

New research in the American Heart Association finds that the stress of living near a foreclosed home is so great, it can increase a person's chance of developing high blood pressure.

Researchers also found that the longer the foreclosed home sits on the market, the greater the anxiety for the neighbors.
