FDA issues warning on Z-Pak

NEW YORK (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Food and Drug Administration is out with a warning regarding a popular antibiotic manufactured by Pfizer.
The FDA says that azithromycin, known as the Z-Pak, can cause a potentially fatal heart problem.
