The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids maintains a LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY for Ottawa, Allegan, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Berrien, Cass, and St. Joe counties until 9 PM.  An additional 1" to 4" of snow are possible on northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph; icy roads are verified by several road reports.  Please be careful traveling as lows dip into the teens tonight; wind chills will be in the single digits.

NEW YORK (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The nation's leading group of pediatricians wants adolescents and teenagers to get more sleep.

In fact, as our kids get ready to return to school, they're recommending big changes to the school day.
