US, Cuba to normalize relations  The United States and Cuba have agreed to re-establish diplomatic relations and open economic and travel ties, marking a historic shift in U.S. policy toward the communist island after a half-century of enmity dating back to the Cold War, American officials said Wednesday.

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - We have a new security breach to tell you about. Millions of people's personal information is at risk after hackers targeted a hospital network.

Community Health Systems says hackers from China stole information on 4.5 million patients. Everything from their names, to their Social Security Numbers.

The breach happened sometime in April and June this year.

Anyone who received treatment from a network-owned hospital in the last five years is affected.

The organization operates 206 hospitals in 29 states across the country.
