Martha Stewart due in court

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Almost eight-years to the day after she got out of prison, Martha Stewart returns to court Tuesday morning.
She's defending her company in a breach of contract suit.
She's scheduled to testify in the civil case pitting JC Penney against retail rival Macy's over their relationship with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
At issue is whether Macy's has the exclusive right to sell some of Stewart's branded products like cookware, towels and bedding.
