Small business owners face ACA

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - It's been about a month since the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act.

The Affordable Care Act requires all Americans to purchase health insurance or pay a fine, which was upheld under the federal government's powers to levy taxes.

It also means small businesses are trying to adjust and understand what the law means for them and their bottom line.
