Obama administration works toward 'tech surge' to fix healthcare site
WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Obama administration is trying to coordinate what it calls a 'tech surge,' to improve the Affordable Care Act enrollment website that's been plagued with problems since it launched.
House Republicans are trying to get to the bottom of what went wrong and identify who is responsible.
