Hearing over healthcare site

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius answered questions Wednesday morning about the troubled health care website.

"Today's hearing is about fairness for American people who are losing their coverage or seeing their premiums skyrocket as high as 400 percent. This hearing is also about transparency," said Rep. Fred Upton.

West Michigan Congressman and Chair of the Energy and Commerce Committee Fred Upton led Wednesday's hearing on Capitol Hill.

As Danielle Nottingham reports above, Congressman Upton and other lawmakers want to know when she knew about the problems, and why more wasn't done.
